Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Abi Shabgard, She/Her
Abi supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-criticism. With a warm, evidence-based approach, she helps clients explore their inner world and build lasting tools for change. Abi offers therapy in English, Farsi, Dari, Hindi, and Urdu.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Paul Bondoc - He/Him
Paul brings a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to therapy, drawing from IFS, CBT, and Solution-Focused methods. He supports clients with ADHD, depression, anger, anxiety, and trauma, creating space for growth at each person’s own pace.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Daniel Cooper, He/Him
Daniel helps men move beyond feeling stuck by building self-trust, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose. Using ACT, CBT, and somatic approaches, he supports clients in navigating life’s transitions with authenticity and self-compassion.

Intern - Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Jordan Beijes, He/Him
Jordan supports clients who feel stuck, lost, or disconnected, creating a safe, judgment-free space for growth. Using CBT, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy, he helps individuals work toward their goals at a pace that feels right.

Gagan Khurme, He/Him
Gagan has over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with challenges related to anger, addiction, stress, and relationships. He offers therapy in English, Punjabi, Hindi, Marathi, and Urdu, and creates a welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.

Josh Lewis, He/Him
Josh helps individuals who feel stuck or alone, offering support for existential anxiety, exploring masculinity, or simply needing to be heard. Registered Social Worker
Dr. Monica Hinton, She/Her
Monica specializes in supporting individuals dealing with trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, body image issues, depression, anxiety, and addiction. Her collaborative and strengths-based approach meets clients exactly where they are. With extensive experience working with military personnel and first responders, Monica offers compassionate, trauma-informed care grounded in CBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based methods.
