Registered Psychotherapist
Nathan Myles, He/Him
Nathan creates a warm, judgment-free space where you can be yourself. With a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, he draws from CBT, DBT, and EMDR to help you manage emotions, build resilience, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful change.

Intern - Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Matthew Burrows, He/Him
Matt offers a warm, honest space where clients can be themselves and explore what they’re going through. Using an integrative approach rooted in CBT, Solution-Focused work, and Person-Centered Therapy, he helps clients build insight, confidence, and practical skills. He brings enthusiasm and authenticity to the process, working collaboratively toward meaningful growth.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Abi Shabgard, She/Her
Abi supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-criticism. With a warm, evidence-based approach, she helps clients explore their inner world and build lasting tools for change. Abi offers therapy in English, Farsi, Dari, Hindi, and Urdu.

Registered Social Worker
Dr. Monica Hinton, She/Her
Monica specializes in supporting individuals dealing with trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, body image issues, depression, anxiety, and addiction. Her collaborative and strengths-based approach meets clients exactly where they are. With extensive experience working with military personnel and first responders, Monica offers compassionate, trauma-informed care grounded in CBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based methods.

Josh Lewis, He/Him
Josh helps individuals who feel stuck or alone, offering support for existential anxiety, exploring masculinity, or simply needing to be heard. Together, you'll integrate wellness, challenge limits, and aim for well-being with courage. Your connection will unlock your potential to navigate life confidently.

Andrew Gumbinger, He/Him
Andrew is a Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in men’s mental health. He uses a practical, down-to-earth approach to help clients tackle issues like anger, depression, and anxiety. His goal? To make sure you feel heard and supported, every step of the way.
