With extensive experience working with military personnel and first responders, Monica offers compassionate, trauma-informed care grounded in CBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based methods.

With a person-centred and collaborative approach, he supports people navigating anxiety, stress, grief, identity, relationships, life transitions, and self-acceptance. Tyler is especially passionate about providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients.

Alexander takes an authentic, direct, and practical approach to therapy, combining conversation with actionable tools you can use beyond the session. Alexander also offers Walk and Talk therapy for clients who feel more comfortable connecting outdoors.
