Registered Psychotherapist

Nathan Myles, He/Him

Nathan creates a safe, supportive space where you can be open about what's going on without judgment. With a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, he meets you exactly where you are and helps you feel heard and understood throughout your therapeutic journey.

Nathan draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to give you practical tools for managing emotions, building self-awareness, and creating real change in your life. His approach is grounded in warmth, respect, and genuine connection—because he believes you're the expert on your own life.

Rather than having all the answers, Nathan sees himself as walking alongside you on your path toward healing and growth. Together, you'll work at your own pace to build resilience and find your way forward.

When he's not working, Nathan enjoys walking, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. These activities help him stay grounded and reflect the importance he places on connection, balance, and well-being in everyday life.

Nathan is available during the daytime on Tuesdays and Thursdays for in-person and virtual appointments.

Sean Sullivan, He/Him

He draws from an existential framework, which means looking at the deep questions—identity, meaning, responsibility, conflict—going at your pace, in a space that's supportive and down-to-earth. This approach is backed up with schema work centered around understanding how patterns of behavior are formed, so that they can be redefined in the present. Sean specializes in working with adults who are navigating the lasting effects of childhood trauma, helping them understand how early experiences continue to shape their lives and relationships.

Remember, you don't need to have it all figured out to start. If something in your life isn't sitting right, whether it's relationships, isolation, lack of motivation or a sense of disconnection, this could be the place to start unpacking it and exploring new choices.
