Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Tsehaie Berhane, He/Him
Tsehaie is a compassionate therapist who works with individuals navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety about the future, low self-worth, or difficulties in relationships. He takes a preventative approach to mental health, helping clients address concerns early to reduce emotional pain and improve long-term outcomes.
Tsehaie uses evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients recognize and shift negative thought patterns and build healthier emotional responses to stress.
He understands how easy it is to overlook our own well-being when others rely on us. With a background in addiction and suicide intervention, he also recognizes how difficult it can be to reach out for support. Tsehaie believes that therapy can benefit anyone—it’s often just a matter of timing and finding the right therapeutic fit.
Outside the therapy room, Tsehaie is a devoted father and mentors youth through in-school programs.
Tsehaie is accepting new clients for both virtual and in person sessions.
