Abi Shabgard, She/Her

Abi is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions and self-criticism. Outside of her clinical work, Abi enjoys playing tabla, a classical Indian percussion instrument.
