He works collaboratively with men to challenge limiting beliefs and societal pressures, fostering the courage to live a more authentic life. His approach is warm, direct, and founded on a non-judgmental allyship and invitation into curiosity.

Daniel supports you in exploring your values and identity. In a safe and supportive space, he helps you connect with your own inner wisdom, empowering you to navigate life’s messy transitions and build a life that feels truly your own. Integrating Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), existential, and somatic techniques, Daniel helps empower you with practical tools for building resilience and self-compassion. His goal is to create a supportive, safer space where you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and create lasting, meaningful change.
