Gagan Khurme, He/Him

Gagan has over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with challenges related to anger, addiction, stress, and relationships. He offers therapy in English, Punjabi, Hindi, Marathi, and Urdu, and creates a welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.

Dr. Monica Hinton, She/Her

Monica specializes in supporting individuals dealing with trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, body image issues, depression, anxiety, and addiction. Her collaborative and strengths-based approach meets clients exactly where they are. With extensive experience working with military personnel and first responders, Monica offers compassionate, trauma-informed care grounded in CBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based methods.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • In your first session, we’ll have an open conversation about what’s been bothering you and start figuring out a plan that works for you.

  • Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual sessions. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get the support you need.

  • If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to, therapy could be a good fit. We’re here to help you decide what’s best for you.

Fee Structure and Payment Information

We aim to be transparent about our session fees:

  • Affordable Therapy Program: $100 per session

  • Ellis: $165 per session

  • Monica & Andrew: $210 per session

 

For the most up-to-date information on fees and therapist availability, please refer to our booking page.

 

Payment Options:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard, and e-transfer.

 

Insurance Receipts:
We do not offer direct billing to insurance providers. After each session, you’ll receive a receipt by email to submit for reimbursement.
